We design to the applicable codes for each project jurisdiction, IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE, and Title 24 (California), where required. Every set of drawings is produced with permit approval in mind from the start.

Yes. Energy modeling is one of our core services. We run compliance calculations early in the design process so energy performance is integrated into the MEP system, not bolted on at the end. This is particularly valuable for California projects and jurisdictions with strict energy codes.

We deliver in the formats your workflow requires, with PDF drawing sets for permit submission. We primarily use Revit, but can also provide an AutoCAD (.dwg) file on request.

We treat permit comments as part of the process. If the Authority Having Jurisdiction requests corrections or clarifications to our MEP drawings, we address them as part of the project; our goal is to obtain approved drawings, not just submitted ones. Any comments that require a meaningful change to the project scope will be reviewed and discussed with you before we proceed.
